The general part mainly regulates the conditions related to the entry into, validity, amendment and termination of contracts, including pre-contractual negotiations, the quality of performance of contractual obligations and the legal remedies to be applied in the event of a breach of obligations. The special part sets out various types of contracts and non-contractual obligations, such as a public promise to pay, the presentation of a thing, negotiorum gestio, unjustified enrichment and unlawful causing of damage.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3c44 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"3c44\"
